Award-winning investigative filmmaker and activist Amy Ziering is the woman behind the last decade’s most important films about sexual assault that have directly impacted American culture and politics. Ziering’s work is a lightning rod for conversation with lauded works such as The Invisible War, The Hunting Ground, The Bleeding Edge, On the Record, and Allen v. Farrow. Ziering is the recipient of countless prestigious awards including an Oscar nomination, two Emmy Awards, a Peabody, an Independent Spirit Award, a duPont-Columbia award, and the George Polk Award.

Royal Theater — Q&A with director Sandi DuBowski and Gabe Dunn Gabe Dunn (he/they) is a New York Times bestselling author, writer and filmmaker living in Los Angeles. Gabe has served as a writer on Big Mouth (Netflix) and has developed original television pilots with MTV, 20th Century Fox, Freeform, FX and Netflix. Gabe is the host and creator of the podcast, Bad With Money where they have interviewed guests like Suze Orman, Roxane Gay, Andrew Yang, and Elizabeth Warren. A non-fiction book based on the podcast was published by Simon & Schuster in 2019 and went into three printings. He created and starred in the Audible Original series Apocalypse Untreated, and also co-hosts the Just Between Us and The Knew Guys podcasts. His short film Grindr Baby was named one of five Frameline Voices 2023 for emerging LGBTQ directors.

Shana (she/her/hers) is Director of Major Gifts at Keshet. Shana is an accomplished fundraiser at Jewish nonprofits and a dedicated LGBTQ+ activist. Prior to rejoining the Keshet team, she served as the inaugural Chief Development Officer at JQ International and as a Major Gift Officer at Bend the Arc: Jewish Action. Grounded in the belief that communities with privilege must wield their resources for systemic change, Shana is committed to advancing racial and economic justice alongside queer liberation. She remains steadfast in her dedication to intersectional feminism and intentional community building. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Shana holds a Master’s in Social Policy and Practice and a BSW from Temple University, with a focus on improving healthcare access for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Ondi Timoner makes films about “impossible visionaries” - Last Flight Home, The New Americans, Mapplethorpe (with Matt Smith), Jungletown, We Live In Public, Dig! She has the rare distinction of being the only person to win the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance twice. She serves as the Chair of Nonfiction for Special Projects at the DGA, is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, the WGA, the IDA, Film Fatales & Women in Film.


Sasha Perry is the Rabbinic Intern at Nefesh. Sasha is a white Trans/queer working-class Ashkenazi jew who organizes in earth/animal liberation spaces. They are a third-year Rabbinic student in the ALEPH Ordination Program and graduated in the first cohort of their Earth Based Judaism program. Sasha is a Tzedek Lab member, a former Jeremiah Fellow for social change, and 6-Points Artist Fellow.
